Designed network architecture
Configured and commissioned protection relays, a real-time automation controller (RTAC) and Ethernet switches using IEC 61850 standard protocols
Configured and commissioned a security gateway for the substation
Designed and commissioned the HMI to be used by operators and for research purposes
Integrated the RTAC into the building’s technical management system
Configured and commissioned GOOSE messaging to transmit transfer trips to sections of the micro-grid
Integrated the security gateway with the BCIT network
