Colin Hardie Appointed Chair of BBA’s Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Corporation is pleased to announce that Colin Hardie M. Eng, MBA. has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors (BoD) and that André Allaire Ph.D., former BBA president, has been appointed as a director.

  1. Colin Hardie is a Geological Engineer with over 25 years of diversified management and technical experience in consulting engineering, project development and mining operations. Mr. Hardie has been with BBA since 2008 and is known for his strong technical background, teamwork and client service excellence. He brings a strong focus on corporate governance and risk management along with significant knowledge of the global mining sector. Mr. Hardie is currently BBA’s National Business Line Director for Mining and Metals Studies.

    André Allaire, BBA’s former president between 2014 and 2021 has been a key player in the firm’s strategic development and in promoting our expertise across the country. In addition to his 35 years of experience in consulting engineering; his leadership, strategic mindset, in-depth knowledge of the Canadian and Global markets will bring a lot of value to the Board of Directors.
