Looking back, I consider myself fortunate and privileged for having been chosen by BBA and for having had so many opportunities to contribute. I never regretted my choice. In fact, I never gave it much thought since I always had so much fun doing what I do.

 

Now that I'm in the third part of my career, what motivates me most is to be able to share my knowledge and experience with our younger colleagues, to provide others with as many if not more opportunities that were offered to me, and to transmit a unique corporate culture where team work and collaboration are much more than just words.

Progressively, I took on design and detailed engineering projects and became responsible for the technical management of the Electrical Engineering Department.
