Procurement

The Procurement group's role is to manage the procurement of project materials and equipment and to award construction contracts at the best cost and according to project schedules.  Supporting project delivery in EPCM mode, the Procurement team optimizes every aspect of the supply chain. 

The Procurement group's main responsibilities include: 

• Preparation, tender calls, bid analyses, negotiation with contractors and suppliers, recommendations, purchase orders, expediting, and the management of specialized equipment and bulk material purchases
• Expediting and in-plant inspection of project materials and equipment
• Transportation and storage logistics for project supplies and materials
• Preparation, tender calls, bid analyses, recommendations, and award of service and construction contracts
• Management of the equipment and materials required for a project
