BBA Receives a Défi Meilleurs Employeurs Award

For immediate release - On September 29, at the Centre des Congrès de Québec, BBA was awarded first prize in the medium-sized business category as part of the Défi Meilleurs Employeurs 2008.

This contest, organized by Watson Wyatt Canada, in collaboration with Affaires Plus magazine and the Ordre des CHRHA et CRIA du Québec, is aimed at recognizing the best human resource practices in Québec. It also identifies the best employers in Québec based on the testimonials of their employees. A total of 64 Québec companies entered the contest this year. The companies were assessed through eight sets of criteria that the judges used to select a winner in each category.

BBA had been awarded the 3rd prize twice before: in 2002 in the small business category, and in 2006 in the medium-sized business category. The firm has fulfilled it promise and made every effort to become an employer of choice.

"Our employees readily took this opportunity to rate several aspects of their work. With a very high participation rate, over 96% of our staff said they were proud to work for BBA.  This is the highest award we can receive, for which we sincerely thank our employees", said Mr. Steeve Fiset, BBA's President and CEO.

BBA also recently adopted a new visual identity. This change was made to better convey and illustrate the company's evolution.  Established 30 years ago, BBA is enjoying a phenomenal growth, which has greatly contributed to shaping the firm's new image while keeping the mission and values that make up its corporate culture.
