PROJECT DESCRIPTION

BBA performed a feasibility study for a new copper-gold deposit located at 260 km southwest of Lhassa, Tibet.

 

Based on mining methods, production rates and metallurgical yields, the study revealed that the Xietongmen open pit mine would have a life span of 13.5 years at a production rate of 40,000 tons per day. Additionally, the study forecasted an after-tax yield of 20%.

 

The BBA team undertook the following activities:
