BBA realized the detailed engineering to implement the changes and additions on the process to ensure an optimal mining production rate in the future years. This process plant optimization had mainly consisted of increasing grinding and leaching capacity.

 

The detailed engineering of this project mainly consist on :

  • An additional ball mill circuit
  • A new pebble crusher circuit
  • A new Knelson concentrateur
  • Four new CIL tanks and accessories
  • A new carbon reactivation kiln
  • A new process air compressor
  • Detailed drawings
  • Bidding documentation
  • A complete mass balance and process capability review
  • Process, piping and instrumentation diagrams
