PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Design and development of a gold concentrator in the city of Malartic, at the pre-feasibility level. This study includes the following key elements: 

  • General arrangement of the crusher, concentrator, service building and garage for the mine trucks 
  • Flow sheet development, including test work planning, mass balance, equipment sizing and mine plan validation 
  • Infrastructure development, including the concentrator building, service building, mine garages, service and access roads, pump houses for fresh and potable water, water take- ups for fresh and potable water, and the waste water treatment plant
  • Electrical arrangement, including a 121 kV-13.8 kV outdoor substation, power transformers and the mine's electrical system
