PROJECT DESCRIPTION 

With a 57,000 sq. ft. expansion project for Montréal's Hickmore factory, the project was strategically developed according to a pre-established energy management plan, aiming to recuperate a maximum of available energy from the existing factory. 

  • Three-year energy management plan
  • Design engineering of the HVAC, lighting and building automation system for the new factory:
  • 200 kW of additional heat avoided from recuperation of process effluents
  • 62 kW of high efficiency lighting
  • Centralized building automation system (BAS)
  • Schedule occupation management
  •  300,000 kWh / year of energy savings
