PROJECT DESCRIPTION
With a 57,000 sq. ft. expansion project for Montréal's Hickmore factory, the project was strategically developed according to a pre-established energy management plan, aiming to recuperate a maximum of available energy from the existing factory.
- Three-year energy management plan
- Design engineering of the HVAC, lighting and building automation system for the new factory:
- 200 kW of additional heat avoided from recuperation of process effluents
- 62 kW of high efficiency lighting
- Centralized building automation system (BAS)
- Schedule occupation management
- 300,000 kWh / year of energy savings
