PROJECT DESCRIPTION

BBA performed the studies required to integrate the wind farm to Hydro-Québec's grid, as well as the wind farm's preliminary design. The team was subsequently awarded the detailed engineering, construction supervision and commissioning of the 69 kV high voltage line, 34.5 to 69 kV step-up substation, and the entire 34.5 kV collector system.

BBA's team thus commissioned all substation and collector system equipment, and also participated in the following: 

• Electrical engineering
• Drawings
• Inspections
• Construction supervision
• Testing and commissioning of the 34.5 kV overhead line
• 30 installed wind turbines
