BBA is proud to present the people who guide the company's growth and evolution, and who encourage and stimulate its employees day after day. 

Steeve Fiset, Eng.Steeve Fiset, Eng.

President and CEO

This strong leader and unifier has steered BBA since 2004. Steeve Fiset is the eloquent reflection of BBA's philosophy: to build our internal resources towards continuous improvement. A graduate of Laval University in electrical engineering, Mr. Fiset began his career with BBA. In 1998, he became the youngest partner of the company's history. Over the years, he has been project manager and project director for major clients. He has also carried out several foreign assignments that gave him an international expertise which benefits BBA's development.

Frédéric Didier, Eng.Frédéric Didier, Eng.

Vice President, Engineering

A graduate in electrical engineering from Laval University, Frédéric Didier joined BBA at the start of his career and has been a partner since 2001. The expertise he has acquired through the numerous projects he has managed has given him the required tools to play a front-line role in complex assignments. As Vice-president of Engineering, he combines his know-how and his overall vision of the company's needs with rigour and a keen entrepreneurial spirit.  

Daniel Chénier, Eng.Daniel Chénier, Eng.

Vice President, Projects

A graduate of the École Polytechnique de Montréal in electrical engineering, Daniel Chénier became a BBA partner in 1998 at a pivotal time as the company merged with the Comeau, Boyle (inc.) Group. Mr. Chénier is both project manager and Vice-president of the firm's EPCM Projects. Thanks to his exceptional efficiency and adaptability, Mr. Chénier contributes to the development and implementation of the best practices for EPCM Projects.

André Allaire, Ph. D., Eng.André Allaire, Ph. D., Eng.

Vice President, Markets – Mining and Metals

A graduate of McGill University where he received his doctorate in metallurgical engineering, Mr. Allaire has been working in consulting engineering for 20 years. He has acquired considerable expertise in several areas of ferrous and non-ferrous metals extraction both in  Canada and abroad. Mr. Allaire has been contributing to BBA's growth since 2004, becoming a partner the same year. He has since been sharing his highly specialized expertise with the members of his team, and is Director of Mining and Metals.

John Marrone, Eng. MBAJohn Marrone, Eng. MBA

Vice President, Markets – Energy

Mr. John Marrone has a degree in metallurgical engineering and an MBA, both from McGill University. He is a seasoned professional with close to 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors and has an impressive track record for innovative solutions. Mr. Marrone has held executive positions with major public and private Canadian companies in the fields of natural resources and metallurgy. As Vice President, Markets – Energy, Mr. Marrone’s experience enhances BBA’s leadership in delivering engineering solutions and innovation in clean energy production and energy efficiency for the natural resources industries.

Louise Raspa, CALouise Raspa, CA

Vice President, Treasury, Accounting and Administration

A member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec, Louise Raspa joined BBA in 2000. Ms. Raspa's mission is to ensure the organization's sound management and the application of good governance principles. A partner since 2008, Ms. Raspa is a dedicated and extremely well-organized collaborator. Prior to BBA, she managed the administrative and financial services of mining and high-tech companies where she contributed to their growth and financial success.

Katherine Ouellet, M. Ed.Katherine Ouellet, M. Ed.

Director, Human Resources

With over twenty years of experience in the development of human resources and training, Katherine Ouellet has been with BBA since 2001. Energetic and enthusiastic, Ms. Ouellet implements innovative HR solutions in support of BBA's continued growth while upholding its corporate values. Ms. Ouellet holds a Master's in education from Sherbrooke University.
