“PSAMS enhances BBA’s existing field services offer with its state-of-the-art expertise in advanced electrical testing and diagnostics,” says Christophe Desage, Executive Director, Western Canada Operations, BBA. “We continue to diversify in Western Canada by offering these practical services to industrial clients across the country. Being present on site, together we develop an in-depth understanding of their facilities, which has enabled us to become partners of choice,” he adds.
BBA is honoured to have PSAMS founder Dr. Prodipto Ghosh join its ranks as well. Dr. Ghosh is a renowned expert in high-voltage electrical equipment failure analysis and in analyzing risks associated with transformers, switchgear and cabling systems.
“We will pursue our mission with the same values that helped us become a leader in testing, commissioning, maintenance and power system operations support, but we will be stronger and better positioned to offer clients innovative solutions and cutting-edge expertise with our expanded service offering and nationwide presence,” explains Dr. Ghosh.
About 20 PSAMS employees officially joined the BBA team on April 22. The transition from PSAMS to BBA activities continues and will be formally integrated into BBA’s Field Services division.
